Ph.D Positions

Applications for Ph.D. studentships are welcome anytime throughout the year.

Funding for prospective British 1st Class students can often be obtained through EPSRC DTP funding at Bath.

The University of Bath currently has two Centre's for Doctoral Training (CDTs) in Sustainable Chemical Technologies and Catalysis (with Bristol and Cardiff) that regularly fund high quality Ph.D students to work within the Bull group.

International students who wish to apply for Ph.D Research Scholarships are encouraged to contact Professor Bull at an early stage of the application process to maximise their chances of funding and to ensure that they satisfy the University of Bath's requirements for enrolment on a Ph.D program.

Contact Steve directly at s.d.bull@bath.ac.uk to find out the latest opportunities within the group.

PDRA Positions

Postdoctoral positions will be advertised on the Group News Page as they become available.

Prospective postdoctoral candidates who wish to apply for Fellowships and their own research funding should contact Steve directly well before any deadlines for application to maximise their chances of funding.

MChem and Masters Projects

The Bull Group normally takes on 2-3 Final Year MChem Undergraduate Project students and 2-3 Drug Discovery/CDT Masters Projects every year.

Contact Steve directly to find out what projects are likely to be on offer this year.
